We offer directed differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells (hPSCs) into neural organoids, with cells provided at defined and selectable stages of differentiation based on the selected protocol.
Dorsal forebrain organoids protocols available are based on:

Cerebellar organoids protocols available are based on:

Every hPSC lines and selected derivatives undergo a targeted characterisation panel and are compared with internal controls:
- Undetectable mycoplasma and bacteria contamination
- Expression of differentiation markers at relevant time points
- Cell identity verification via STR profiling (undifferentiated cultures and endpoint derivatives).
We accept cell lines in a cryopreserved state, with a minimum of 2 x 105 cells per cryovial.
We performed our differentiation for up to three biological replicates. Ten hPSC lines can be included in each service, with a maximum of 30 organoids per time points and up to 4 time points.
