Target: Scientists, inventors, and professionals from technology transfer offices working on technologies aimed at improving human health. Max 30 participants.
The Centre for Innovation and Technology Transfer (CITT) at Human Technopole is launching the first edition of this two-day workshop, which will help participants navigate the startup creation process.
The workshop will showcase European success stories in the life sciences sector (pharma, health, and medtech) where innovative technologies have been incorporated into startups and successfully passed the exit or scale-up stage.
We are bringing together leading European scientific institutions to explore what makes a startup succeed, the critical steps to creating one, and how scientists can become successful founders. The program will also focus on investor dynamics and best practices for engaging with them.
The target audience for this initiative is scientists, inventors, and their TTOs/IP managers working in academic institutions in all disciplines of, and related to, life sciences (including but not limited to biology; biotechnology; immunology; medicine; chemistry and pharmaceutical chemistry; computer science, including analysis of big data, machine learning and AI).
