On 27 and 28 March, the SIEC (Standing Independent Evaluation Committee), visited HT to discuss the results of the first call for access, which was considered a pilot phase, and refine the upcoming call, planned to be published at the beginning of June 2025.

The new call for Access to the National Facilities services is now open! The Human Technopole’s National Facilities continue to expand their support for cutting-edge research by launching the first Call for Access of 2025. Building on the success of the 24-PILOT call, to which over 120 projects have applied, this new opportunity allows researchers to benefit from state-of-the-art technologies and expertise.
The National Facility for Genomics with Clelia Peano
Meet Clelia Peano, Head of the National Facility for Genomics. The Facility offers cutting-edge services to develop robust experimental and analytical workflows to explore different genomic research areas, including DNA and RNA analysis, chromatin structure, and epigenetic mechanisms regulating transcription. Human Technopole is opening its National Facilities, providing advanced equipment and technologies accessible through calls for proposals open to the Italian scientific community. Projects will be selected by a commission of international experts. Scientists will have access to five new dedicated facilities, which act as catalysts for open innovation in the life sciences sector, crucial for research and the health of Italians.
