Maria Francesca Mossuto

  • Scientific Training Coordinator, Scientific Training

I am a scientist by training with 10 years of active research experience across international research institutes and an all-rounded understanding of research management, academia and higher education. Besides a passion for science, I am driven by a genuine interest in people and communities, which fuels my commitment to creating meaningful connections and fostering growth.

In my current role as Coordinator of Scientific Training at Human Technopole, I am dedicated to empowering researchers with the skills they need to excel in their careers. I coordinate impactful initiatives, such as Scientific Internships, a comprehensive training course program, and a development program tailored for PhD Students. These programs are not just about building skills—they’re about cultivating a vibrant, cohesive community that supports personal and professional flourishing.

A key part of my mission is fostering an environment that thrives on inclusivity and collaboration. As a member of the HT Gender Equality Team and coordinator of the HT Women Network, I actively champion initiatives that promote equity, diversity, and a supportive culture.

I am excited about designing and implementing innovative training programs that inspire researchers at every stage of their careers. By nurturing individual and institutional growth, I believe we can transform how we engage and thrive as a community in the ever-evolving academic landscape.
