Associate Professor of Constitutional Law at the Suor Orsola Benincasa University of Naples.

She has served as an advisor to the Prime Minister during the Draghi government, she is an expert in research assessment for the National Agency for the Evaluation of Universities and Research Institutes, and a consultant to various public institutions, including the Secretary-General of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry for Southern Italy and Territorial Cohesion, as well as the Lazio Region. She is a member of the CNEL Experts’ Board and Vice President of the Human Technopole Foundation.

She is a columnist for La Stampa and Il Mattino and also writes for Il Foglio and the Huffington Post.

Previously, she was the editorial director of the publishing house Liberilibri and deputy director of the Bruno Leoni Institute, where she currently serves as a senior fellow.

Qualified as a practising lawyer and a journalist (publicist), she holds the rank of captain in the selected reserve of the Italian Army.
