Our newsletter is sent out every three months or so, with updates on our development, our research and our outreach activity. We share interesting details and stories of life at HT as well as opportunities in terms of jobs openings, sponsored visiting programme and much more.

Information on personal data processing pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) No 2016/679:

The newsletter of the Human Technopole Foundation (hereinafter also “HT”), is sent by e-mail, free of charge, to those who express their consent to the processing of their personal data, using the form available on this page. In order to allow you to express a specific and freely given consent, we inform you that:

The newsletter contains regular updates on the activity carried out by HT;
Your data will be processed exclusively by HT staff or by the companies appointed as data processors (e.g. for IT support needs), as well as by the company “The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a MailChimp”, having its headquarters in the United States of America that provides HT with an online platform for the management of HT’s periodic newsletter and has been listed in the “Privacy Shield List” by the United State Department of Commerce (for further information on the “Privacy Policy” of the company “The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a MailChimp” click here);
Your data will be processed with electronics means for the sole purpose of sending the newsletter and, for this reason, the envisaged period for which your personal data will be stored is the timeframe in which said newsletter sending is active;
The legal basis for such processing is the consent of the data subject according to Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) in the form of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679, hereinafter referred to as the ‘GDPR’;
As data subject, you have the right to obtain from HT, in the cases provided for, access rectification or cancellation of your personal data or the restriction of the processing that concerns you or to object to such processing (Articles 15 and subsequent of the GDPR).
