Camilla Callierotti
- Data Analyst, National Facility for Data Handling & Analysis
Camilla is a Bioinformatics Analyst at Human Technopole, where she contributes to the development of pipelines for the analysis and interpretation of high-throughput OMICS data. Her work supports both internal research groups and collaborative projects.
She holds a BSc in Genetics and an MSc in Health Data Analytics and Machine Learning, both obtained in the UK, which she now applies to her work in computational biology and data science.
Her current focus is building intelligent agents to facilitate the interpretations of complex OMICS data through natural language queries. This includes designing systems that integrate large language models and natural language processing to help researchers interact more intuitively with their data. She is particularly interested in how AI can be used to bridge gaps between bioinformatics results and domain-specific biological understanding.
