Mariateresa de Cesare

I graduated in Molecular Biology at the University of Bari and later obtained my PhD from Trinity College Dublin.

After working at the University of Warwick, I joined the R&D team in the Genomics core facility at the Wellcome Centre for Human Genetics in Oxford where I focused on applying long-read sequencing to study the Genome, Transcriptome and Epigenome in Human and Pathogens (viruses, bacteria and protozoa).
