Description/Purpose:
Human Technopole’s Center for Innovation and Technology Transfer (CITT) and Nature Italy are organizing a conference titled “Future Trends in Translational Medicine” on October 26 and 27, 2023, aimed at investigating the new frontiers of research in the life sciences.
- The event, attended by leading figures from science and industry, aims to stimulate debate on the societal impact of innovation and how societal needs can help guide research toward these new frontiers. The goal of the event is also to explore trends at the level of research investment to provide insights for policymakers and potential industrial partners.
- The initiative is dedicated in the first instance to an audience of researchers in the early stages of their careers, offering an opportunity to reflect on avenues for further enhancement of their research, as well as a discussion with representatives from academia, industry, finance, institutions and civil society on future research.
- A gala dinner with selected guests, including speakers and organizers (max 75 people), is planned for the evening of October 26 (first day of the conference). Opportunity to network with researchers and Italian life science business community.
- Sponsorship from multiple parties may be accepted.

Sponsor’s requirements:
The sponsors shall
- Share HT’s vision of contributing to improving human health and wellbeing
- Not be under proceedings linked to financial difficulties (e.g., insolvency/bankruptcy proceeding)
- Accept the placement of their logo together with other logos (co-sponsorships)
- Sponsor shall meet the general requirements of moral suitability set out in Article 94 of Legislative Decree 36/2023

HT Offering
HT is looking for sponsors to cover one or more of the following costs related to the event:
- Your logo on dinner invitation to selected speakers
- 3 reserved dinner invitations
- Recognised during opening and closing remarks
- Your logo on dinner invitation to selected speakers
- 6 reserved dinner invitations
- Recognised during opening and closing remarks
- Your pull-up banner in the restaurant
- Your logo on dinner invitation to selected speakers
- 10 reserved dinner invitations
- Recognised during opening and closing remarks
- Welcome speech (15 minutes) before the dinner by top management (for example President, CEO, CMO), if the sponsorship at least half of the costs
- Promotional flyers on tables in the restaurant
- Your pull-up banner in the restaurant
Evaluation Criteria:
- Coherence of the Sponsor with HT’s vision of contributing to improving human health and wellbeing
- Relevance of the Sponsor’s core business to the field of life sciences and/or technology development
- Relevance of the Sponsor’s core business with the aim and content of the event
- Visibility that the Sponsor can bring to the event
- Added value that the Sponsor could bring to the programme
