Francesca Coscia è una biochimica strutturale e attualmente capogruppo presso il Centro di Biologia Strutturale. Il suo laboratorio si concentra sullo svelamento della struttura e della funzione delle macromolecole chiave coinvolte nell’omeostasi degli ormoni tiroidei, nelle malattie autoimmuni e nel cancro.
